Review on 🎧 Light Harmonic Play Go 2: Wireless Dual Balanced Armature Dynamic Driver Headphones with Deep Bass, IPX5 Waterproof Sports In-Ear Earphones and Mic (Blue) by Rachel Harris

When I originally ordered these headphones they were marked IPX7 not IPX5. When I received the box and found they were IPX5 I checked the manufacturer to make sure they were sending me the correct product. They made it clear to me that the title was a mistake and kindly offered to leave the headphones free of charge for their mistake. This was a wine test product so I didn't take up their offer but I think it's important to highlight the excellent customer service. Everyone can make mistakes, but how a company treats its customers is very important. I believe if you have a problem with any of their products they will take care of you fully and quickly. The earbuds themselves are aesthetically pleasing. I have them in blue and they are much harder than a regular pair of black earbuds. I know earplugs are popular these days but they make me sad because they are easy to lose and don't fit in my ears. These headphones fit comfortably in my small ears. the volume works well and the sound is quite pleasant, the microphone works smoothly - no problems. If good headphones are important to you then this is a good buy. Personally, I liked the water resistance best, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. That doesn't make them bad headphones, they're quite good, but for just under 130€ I would have liked a higher level of water protection. I love having these headphones but if I had a choice I wouldn't buy them at full price. However, if sound quality and sleek looks are important to you, then this is a great option.
