Review on Saucony Ride 9 Women's Running Shoe: Enhanced Performance and Comfort for the Perfect Run by Jason Wesley

I always wear Saucony shoes and have a few pairs but have never tried rides. I was happy to find them in jet black and pink because it's hard to find black shoes in women's sizes; they are all light colored. So I was excited to get them. I go back and forth between a 9 and 9.5 depending on the shoe, and I don't usually need wide shoes. After reading reviews saying I should order a size up, I went with the regular 9.5. The length was just the right size for me, but the width just wasn't right. They were tight in the toe area, at the widest part of the foot. In terms of cushioning, they were decent. Not as comfortable and soft as my Triumph 1, and definitely didn't feel like they fit like a glove. I wanted to love her but I couldn't handle the tightness and I gave her back.
