Intuitive & easy-to use CRM: Now Interact

I like how it is intuitive for me as an agency owner, with its dashboard (easy access), analytics of my accounts/clients performance so far this month etc. It may not have enough room within one window but you can set up different views or tabs which makes things manageable at once. And if there are more than 1 account open now, then sometimes it becomes difficult to find a specific profile quickly due to all these windows popping out and closing again! This would help improve their UI design too because currently some parts seem kind of confusing / hard to locate or navigate through. Also would love if we could add our own tags instead of using predefined ones only - maybe also include ability to sort clients by tag? Would definitely recommend trying them first before deciding whether you need something better since their free trial seems sufficient though having limitations here might put your mind off choosing other software later down the road. We manage client profiles.
