Very comfortable. I wish I had taken a size up but that was my mistake. There is a great tool for choosing shoe size. If I had listened to the tool's recommendations, I would have been better suited. There is virtually no air movement, so foot odor is an issue for me. If you have sweaty feet, this may not be the shoe for you. I would recommend all cotton socks. It seems to help. I wear these shoes on my 12 hour grooming stories and they are comfortable throughout the shift. I also had no knee or back problems, which is common when changing shoes. I'm a big, heavy person.
