Much easier to clean than the whisk attachment

This product is perfect and I am very happy that it fits my Kitchen Aid mixer! It works like a dream and is a lot easier to clean than the whisk attachment that came with the blender. I like the silicone wings. I don't have to worry about turning off the blender to clean the sides of the bowl. In addition, the cookie dough slides off very well with the wing. I'm not sure what I like best about this lure; blade strength or easy cleaning. Overall, I am very happy with my decision to purchase this knife!
