Update: The second one I bought (to replace the first one that stopped working) doesn't work either. This time it lasted 4 days. My daughter is not particularly rough with toys. Just a normal 4 year old who wears and loves it. Totally dissatisfied :( My daughter begged for this at Christmas and was in seventh heaven when she opened it. It took a day for him stopped working.Another day and it won't light up or make any noise.We've been changing batteries endlessly.Our 4 year old was heartbroken and crying.I bought a replacement and we'll see how long it lasts.
