I don't think the quality of cotton is "premium" at all. The product arrived with countless threads, some ripped, others spliced, which had to be removed before washing. The cotton is quite thin and feels good on the skin. Cotton wrinkled after washing. In general, it's just unacceptable. I would give the product one star but I was happy with the customer service. A representative contacted me to see if I was happy with the product. When I expressed my displeasure to them, they responded quickly and offered to return the product, which I did.
