very good product. There was a problem with it and it was switched to Maxever very quickly.
I really liked this irrigator and chose it over the Water Pik because of the volume of the tank. I was happy with it until after about 7-8 weeks of use it suddenly gave up - the battery died and it wouldn't accept a charge. I contacted Raven. They stated that the return period was within 4 weeks and suggested that I contact the manufacturer. I have made. They were very polite, contacted me quickly and sent me a replacement urgently. My new device is working well so far. I'm really looking forward to another one. Thank you Maxever for a good product and great service.
