We had to return two identical kits of parts for our Shark robot vacuum. In both packages, the rollers were bad. The vacuum cleaner runs for about 15 minutes, then the mechanism at the end of the roller bar jams, causing the vacuum cleaner to stop. We can remove the rod and slide the mechanism past the point where it gets stuck and clicking. then we put it back in and it keeps running for 15 minutes and then it hangs. Obviously you received a corrupted batch of videos. We can take an old roller and put it in and the vacuum works fine. This was a major inconvenience and we had to book the bar directly with Shark. You must stop selling these items.
