There are mounting issues

From what I understand the description says this is a teflon coating. However, I have an anti-play nut made from POM. Finding these anti-backlash nuts very handy, I combined the teflon coated threaded rod and the POM nuts and to my surprise encountered a seizure as the Z-axis didn't move at all, the stepper motor couldn't overcome the mechanical resistance. Maybe they are not intended to be used in this combination? Also, the rod doesn't easily fit into the rod sleeve, but this was stated in the description. I removed the teflon coated shaft and reverted to the original steel shaft as I don't have an anti-play brass nut. Someday I'll buy a brass (they call it copper) anti-backlash nut and try again.
