Review on ASUS VivoBook Processor Fingerprint S513IA DB51 by Jayt Shields

It arrived at my house on March 12th. Looks good and I'm glad I have it. A few days after discovering issues with the caps lock key getting stuck and stuck in the hole, I sometimes had to pry it up with my fingernail (the sound when pressed is totally different on others), the day after I can't use my fingerprint to access it. I only use it in general work. I was contacted by someone who could help me with my Asus, they said I just bought it, should I return it to my local dealer? I live in New Zealand or can I send it to a service center at my own expense? If I go back to Revain and get a new one, how do I know the problems won't come back? It's not my fault at all 100% no harm from me.
