I liked the idea but had a few issues 1) The box is too short to fit in a traditional incense stick without the end snapping off which is just annoying 2) The refractory liner is great in theory but i swear it causes the incense stick to burn instead of letting it smolder and release smoke as intended 3) Ceramic is too easy to break. Less than a week after we bought it for our office, the lid accidentally fell off and it broke into about 7 pieces.
