I purchased this new set because I was concerned with how the airports treat my luggage. The included TSA lock is also important since TSA always loved breaking my locks to view my luggage contents.After seeing how the luggage handlers treated the luggage loading it into the plane, I am extremely glad I got a hard shell case. Despite having Heavy and Fragile labels on them, they were literally thrown onto the belt or ground. NOTHING was damaged. Very happy about the durability of this suitcase.The instructions for changing the lock code were not consistent with the actual product, but not too difficult to figure out.If you need durable luggage to travel with, I highly recommend this set for its durability.Maneuvering around the airport was also pretty simple, I constantly changed between dragging it behind me, to next to me very easily.
