Barely lasted 2 weeks

My daughter opened it for Christmas. It's only been 2 weeks and it still doesn't work. The light is on and the numbers are gone. My daughter hasn't even gotten wet so I know it's not a water issue. Although I liked this fact, my daughter is 3 years old and it suits her. She is very upset that it is no longer possible. More like a $5 Walmart watch than a $15 watch.
