I had no idea you could buy Windsor chair cushions! They fit perfectly on my bar stools. I bought them less for the comfort and more for the looks. They're comfortable and soften the hardwood feel, but they won't save your butt in any way. I love that you can quickly remove them from the chair and clean the chair or shake off the crumbs. So far, the non-slip pad hasn't stayed on the chair forever. I also like the clean look without ties. These connections usually break in my house. I bought the "red" chair cushions and I would say the red color is more like the color of rust. I didn't like the color at first because I bought it for Christmas thinking I wanted a true red, but now I'm glad I kept it as the rust color blends better with the wood and the rest of my neutral decor. . The real red color would stand out too much and the chair itself would no longer be the focus. I really like these chair cushions, they are what they are chair cushions, they are too thin to be a cushion. They can be easily removed and do not slip on the hardwood seat. My grandson crawled up and down on the bar stool and the chair cushion stayed in place! They really add warmth to my chair and their shape is perfect!
