Adorable, quality dress.

Adorable. I'll give it 5 stars for cuteness and quality.slight stains on shamrock. Not sure if it was from manufacturing or used and sent back. Used stain remover but it didn't come out. Not a deal breaker. Material to tie your own bow for head piece.
