Review on Armarkat Model PP003BGE M Portable Playpen by Cassie Young

TLDR: Not durable, poor customer service, do not buy unless your dog is fully trained. I couldn't watch him directly. Some PROS: It's pretty light and easy to assemble. It never folds up as well as it did the first time, but it's still relatively easy to transport. CONS: NOT DURABLE. My teething pup managed to chew the bottom of the circle and then could get under the handle and come out at any time and/or pee straight onto the carpet, which of course rendered the pen useless. Second, CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I asked for a replacement part, it said that products will only be replaced free of charge if they have a manufacturer defect. Good Good. I even offered to pay for the replacement part but they refused and told me to fix it myself. Excuse me? Now I'm sitting at a playpen that doesn't serve its purpose, that claims to be made for dogs but obviously wasn't made for them. Of course, if your dog isn't chewing, digging, urinating, pooping, climbing or crawling, or you can keep an eye on your dog at all times, then this pen will do the trick. But if you're buying gaming pens, I assume that's not the case. Save your money!
