Received today and activated with the Premium Plus package but noticed that only in the house is not accurate. I've been notified several times in the past few hours that Wilfred is a few blocks from the house, even though he's sitting next to me. Just got another one when he left home. I guess I'll keep it to myself as I've already paid for years of service. Oh, I just got a notification that he's back home. Wow, I didn't even hear the door open. I've attached images of the notifications and where Wilfred has been in the last three minutes of writing. See how this can help anyone find a lost pet. Take a look at the trail map I had today. It scored so low for being slow and lame that it feels like we've walked off the pier across the ocean, traversing buildings, trees, and yards. We didn't run or fly, so my only guess is that it sucks so much that it only updates about every ten minutes or so. How useful is this when tracking down a lost pet? Aside from an expensive novelty and recurring payments, why would anyone need this? It's garbage. I want my subscription refunded.
