I enjoyed trying these headphones because I got a lot of reviews about the great sound quality. But I just can't hear. To my ears, the sound is very thin and a bit tinny at high frequencies, similar to lower quality headphones. In fact, they sound very similar to my Skullcandy Uroar headphones that I bought four or five years ago for $25. Vocals in different songs and genres sound like the singer is in a big room with booming echo. The midrange lacks fullness. They are very high forward frequencies, but these are not very good high frequencies. In terms of finish, these are nice headphones if you're all about black. The faux leather headband is beautiful, and I love that the plastic shells on the headphones have a textured matte finish on the plastic. The headband is very flexible and the ear pads are soft, but they somehow managed to hurt my ears a bit after about 20 minutes. If these headphones were around $50 I'd be on board, but I definitely don't think they're any good at $150. (I could find a few new Beats Solo Pros at this price point, and while I wasn't a huge fan of them either - very heavy, headache, a little dull in sound profile - they were definitely a step up from them and with ANC.)
