I thought it was "safe" through Amazon, the computer was for my daughter and online school. When we first got it everything worked. The screen was a bit small but it was what I ordered and was happy with it. After about 3 weeks the camera would turn itself off and every time you tried to use it the computer would shut down. I contacted SJ Computers on 3 separate occasions, they offered an email with a few things to try but they didn't work and after 2 weeks I gave up and decided it was better to get a refund. When I got my refund it was almost half of what I paid for! They said it was an order. because I had more than 30 days, mainly because I was waiting for them to come back to me. I have been told that this is a standard 20% exit charge but by my calculations it is 20% of 249.77 NOT 71.68. SJ Computers only refunds 178.09 and gave me a link to their return policy. I just hope I can save someone else from making the same mistake with this company.
