I am amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

I had been planning to try this complex for a long time, I ordered it, it was delivered the next day. I note that I bought exclusively to increase endurance and energy during training. The result exceeded my expectations! I took it as the instruction advises, half a spoon half an hour before training and half a spoon after. It dissolves well in a thick cocktail, does not leave lumps. I'm glad I stumbled upon this set.
