Great kitchen tool

I really like this thermometer, I mainly use it to make candy. It's not very flexible, but that didn't bother me. It starts in Celsius but a fellow chef recommended I put a piece of tape on the button and it worked great. I highly recommend this tool to any pastry chef or just anyone who loves making sweets :)
