We had an Echo device that was not working properly. it started talking and then stopped or the sound was completely distorted. This made it unusable. Instead of ordering a new device, I decided to double check the cable and charger. I replaced it with another Echo device and it worked fine, which confirmed that the problem was that the cable had failed. I ordered these replacement parts and they worked great. My son also had a Fire tablet that had a curved tip on the charging cable that didn't secure it properly while charging, so I was able to replace it with this one as well. Simple solution!
