A sticky, terribly luminous mess.
Terrible. There is an adhesive all over the backing sheet that stays in patches when weeding. Not a slightly sticky ordinary one, but a thick mottled film. When you press on them, these sticky patches stick to your project and won't come off. Ruins the only thing he did, the rest goes in the trash. It's sad because it really glows in the dark. Spend the extra cash on a corporate brand. Worst htv i have ever used and i use a lot!
