This beautiful table is very durable and reliable. The wooden parts are heavy and impressive. But the hinges and pins it's assembled with are too light. When it arrived one hinge was cut in half - the metal plate was actually broken - and the heads of the little pins you have to screw in to assemble it came loose immediately, even though I used the wrench that was provided. I love this table and my husband was able to replace the hinge after going to the hardware store. But beware of lightweight hardware trying to anchor heavy solid oak furniture!
