Review on Ivory Service Architect by Danny Poulin

What I like best about this product is that it allowed me full customization without having any problems with its capabilities (we had some issues at first when we tried using more advanced features). At times there were bugs in certain areas but they fixed them quickly afterwards so not much has been an issue since then as far as i know! Some people might find their mind wandering off during conversations because you can't hear anything while talking through your headset which makes communication slightly difficult sometimes for those who have sensitive ears / noise cancelling headphones -.- But overall still very useful just wish my friends could get used too :D If anyone's looking into getting one please do!! It really does help out alot especially if someone needs assistance often within work places where other employees may be distracted by loud environments etc.
