Great/mandatory upgrade over standard silicone strap
Suunto 7 all day, standard strap is fine, great for working out, annoying as always to sleep with if anyone wants to track sleep efficiency. Switch to this band, it's much more comfortable and the loops for the extra band are easier to tighten than sticky silicone. The only downside is that these straps are a bit more expensive but totally worth the upgrade.
