Basically I bought this HEPA filter accessory kit and was happy to get four of these. But compared to other products, the presence of side and main brushes meant it was a better buy. But it was too good a deal to be true. The main brushes don't pass quality control so you're more likely to ruin them. I was lucky enough to only get a dirty brush that didn't spin in the vacuum. This led to a build up of debris between the brushes. I've long wondered why this is happening and why my floors didn't look so clean. After doing some research by running the vacuum on my lap and feeling the rotation of the main brush, I found that the axle of one of the brushes was spinning freely on the wrong side. So the motor rotates the axis, but the brush does not rotate. Needless to say, due to the main brushes that come with it, I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone over any other. Edit June 9: Even the second main brush started to fail. Instead, I chose to order the main brush from Ecovac's own website.
