I bought it for 1,913 at one time for an AMD Razen 5 3600 processor. It has been serving for about 3 months. The temperature of a processor in a ventilated case (XPG Valor Air, in which there are 3 fans for intake and 2 fans for exhaust) does not rise above 70°C. In general, a solid cooler for mid-budget and not hot processors. By the way, on AMD processors, the temperature can jump sharply. This is due to their factory turbo boost. Therefore, if temperature fluctuations bother you, undervolt or stabilize the frequencies, or reduce the so-called power limit, or all together. So this has nothing to do with the cooler itself. But at the same time, this will not affect it in a special way when, due to eternal temperature fluctuations, the fan speed will change dramatically.
