The best part has been our engagement with Team at Lydon. Their team is dedicated, efficient and professional. They are proactive in their feedback/communication and understand customer's requirements for the products/services very well. Nothing! We have been able to achieve all of our business goals with the help of the Lydon team. It is very important to work in close collaboration with their Sales and Service teams whenever there are new product releases. I would strongly recommend working in close association with them when you have any complex technical queries or issues. Our implementation has enabled us to get real-time insights from our enterprise level data. This has helped us make better decisions within our organization. I like that they are very easy to work with, can get things done quickly, and the system is functional for what we are needing. We have been able to use this software to help us streamline our business processes. Some of the features are not as robust as others, but it's still an adequate product. They have been great so far! The main benefit we see right now is helping to streamline our processes.
