air dry! in Quilts & Sets

This was delivered to me today and I always wash my clothes before putting them on or on the bed. VERY soft to the touch and not too thick, but still warm. I followed the washing and drying instructions provided and took it out of the dryer and... it was like "burned" (first 3 photos). I used the lowest temperature setting on my dryer and it still happened. I know the heat wasn't too hot because part of the blanket is still wet (last photo) but I still don't understand how it got burned! I'm disappointed because I didn't get to test it, but I'll order a replacement and probably air dry it so it doesn't happen again. To update. Received my replacement and air dried. I am very satisfied with the cooling and warmth of the sides
