This program has many features that are easily accessible once you learn how it works! It's very user friendly, so anyone can use this with ease. I love being able to make adjustments as needed; sometimes there isn't enough space for everything in my refrigerator or freezer. Also having more room would be great too - but these things take time when implementing new systems/programs like this. We have been using this product since 2016, and we've seen an improvement within our organization overall. There hasn't really anything bad about this program at all! The benefits of utilizing this program include tracking inventory, keeping track of any issues, creating reports, etc., which helps us stay organized.
