Kids, this is a real deal. People make fun of Apple and their overpriced keys, but it's magic. No, in fact I can't think of any other tiny device that would so drastically expand my capabilities with a single port. This key hides behind the name "Camera Adapter" as if it were a simple tool for camera enthusiasts. I'm not at all interested in cameras, I used this to: - connect a USB keyboard to use with my iPad Pro - connect a Blue Yeti USB microphone to my iPad and record vocals - connect a USB MIDI controller, which can then simply be connected to Synthesizer Garageband tools. Connects to a USB to Ethernet hub and downloads files to my iPhone/iPad over Ethernet. BTW, that hub I mentioned has 3 USB ports, I can plug files into **all three** and upload via ethernet at the same time. - And yes, maybe I'll try the camera when I'm done with all the other peripherals. I wonder if I can connect an electric guitar adapter to USB? Either way, this is crazy. You can have a great iPad, but until you get it, you won't use it properly. Do not accept any replacement.
