Essentially an IV fluid therapy but without a drip! I love this whole IV hydration trend, but sometimes going to the clinic to get an IV and $$$$ can be very expensive. I was trying to find an everyday hydration alternative and I'm so glad I found HydroRX. I've tried quite a few different electrolyte drinks (pedialitis, gatorade, intravenous fluid, etc.) and I'll say this is my favorite so far! it tastes really good and doesn't have the artificial sweeteners that you find in many other electrolyte drinks. I also love that it's gluten-free and keto-free. It contains all the necessary vitamins and minerals for healthy hydration. Love mixing this in a bottle of water for workouts, hikes, music festivals, even after a night out! It's very refreshing and I definitely feel more hydrated after using the HydroRX (and definitely helped cure my Sunday morning hangover haha!). Sometimes we add it to our water, even when we're at work, to encourage us to drink more water. I hope they release more flavors soon!
