Fairly easy to assemble, one of the screws on the side panel was a bit small but I managed it. Using your own tools is highly recommended, but the included screwdriver did the trick. Some of the J-bolts didn't grip, but I'm not worried as they look solid. The biggest complaint is that my phone doesn't fit in the phone holder (Samsung Galaxy Note 10+). Maybe without the case, which isn't that thick to begin with, but I won't take it apart every time I want to put my phone away. If this is your biggest draw, look elsewhere.
