Review on 🎧 Immerse in Hi-Fi Audio with Sony's Premium Lightweight Wireless Home Theater Headphones for TV, Computer, and Hi-Fi Audio by David Maxwell

Bought this item for my 93 year old stepmother. Read all the instructions carefully and I am very proficient at hooking up these types of products. Although everything seems fine, there is no sound. Connecting the stand to the headphones is cumbersome and quite cheap. All of this could be tolerated if there was a way to get phone support, but there isn't. These are all bots and references to an inadequate manual and "go to your Sony dealer" advice even though you bought it from Revine. It's very frustrating that I can't get a few minutes of phone support for this product. It is obviously not economically viable to give them any significant support.
