I ordered according to the size chart and the skirt waist is too small and even though it is elastic, it is very uncomfortable. I'm 5'5" and the length is short for me. I expected it to hit mid-thigh, but it hits just below the knee. The material is also a shiny polyester and not at all attractive. I wanted a basic black skirt that wasn't form fitting, but this skirt doesn't fit properly and doesn't meet my needs.
