Both worked fine for 3 days / now only one is charging.

was used once over the weekend {3 days} then a device didn't charge and didn't work. One device makes a face value and works with a Bluetooth {phone}, the other does not. It just makes a buzzing charging noise. Try returning the device after 30 periods and see how the new block behaves. I may be in my 30s for a few days so I'll have to wait and see customer service.
