I would return it but not worth it, at first it looked good but then I used it and started to find all the flaws in the workmanship. The hub is too short, so the 2 inch plug cannot be pulled out. What the hell? also the pin holding the lever is very weak and very firm, i doubt it will last very long, .other problems, . The screw is a lot thicker than a real laguoil so it rips the cork when you try to put it in, oh my god what a disaster. So is anything working? Well it feels pretty good and solid in the hand, I'm not sure what material the handle is made of but it looks like bone, probably plastic but that's ok and the foil cutter works. Otherwise there are many better options.
