I just wanted to let you know that I recently made a purchase from this online store, and I must say that I was really dissatisfied with the quality of the clothing that I received. The fabrics were thin and flimsy, and the colors were flat and uninteresting. Additionally, the size was absolutely incorrect, which made it hard for me to wear the goods that I had ordered because they did not fit properly. My request for assistance from the customer support department was met with a delayed response time and answers that were not very helpful. It took more than a week for me to obtain any kind of response, and even after that, the representative did not appear interested in assisting me in locating a solution to the problem that I was having. After making a purchase from this store, I was left with the overall impression that I had no luck and was left feeling frustrated. YEBING is not a retailer that I would suggest to anyone looking for clothes of good quality and helpful customer service.
