Having owned this adapter for several months, my main complaint is that it won't stay in the phone jack. When I lie in bed and watch the video, when I straighten the sheet and blanket on the bed, the jack comes out of the socket. I end up losing audio all the time and have to replace the jack and back up the video where I missed it. So something similar happened today. My $1,000 phone was down to one line. I can't get the jack out of the port. I'm surprised? You can bet your last dollar it's not me! I just tapped the device lightly with my hand and the metal came loose immediately. Yes, there is a video on how to remove the built-in connector. That's not what it is about. Be smart - avoid the hassle (which is the hassle) - buy another product. MY - RECOMMENDATION - DO NOT BUY THIS MADE IN CHINA DEVICE.
