Ok, I just got this triangle hair net. I'm in my early 60s. I come from a time when I knew curlers and hairnets. The videos I got for volume are in a different rating. I doubt this net will protect my head from roller skates if I just pick it up in front of me. It would be just covering the head without scrolls, I think, but with scrolls I really don't think so. Just received today. Has a slight odor on the network. It doesn't matter if I can't stand by myself. I'll drape it tonight so it can air. The quality is ok. Not terrible and not good. Fine. I hope this review helps you. Update: After airing the mesh for a few hours, there was no smell. The net isn't big enough to roll over my head
