This is a good shirt for everyday running, fitness or summer outdoor work that requires safe colors. However, over long distances (>10 km) these T-shirts rub, especially if you regularly walk in them for several days in a row. For this reason I used compression shirts, but on hot days I was looking for something lighter and more airy. It's not like this. I suppose it's ok for everyday wear, short runs, work, fitness. The rest of the shirt is excellent - very light. Ideal for use in summer. Love the safe color options - I've never understood choosing darker colors for running jerseys. So 4 stars overall - just keep the app in mind.
