It's charming and beautiful. Bought this as a gift for a 4 year old and can't wait for her to wear it. She will love spinning in it! The dress arrived more than wrinkled - it didn't really matter, but I found it odd how wrinkled it was. It was as if it had been stored in a moist, rolled ball, dried in that position, and then boxed. I just steamed it out - the wrinkles were smoothed out quickly and it looks amazing! The material is thin, unlined so it shows through but only if kept straight.... As the dress is ruffled I don't think that would be a problem BUT if it was a problem you could always small ones Wear shorts under the dress. If the top is scratchy, you can wear a sleeveless top, tank top, or even a t-shirt underneath and still look cute.
