They're quick in and quick out. I like it too. Arch support was also better than adidas. This pair of shoes was a surprise. I would recommend getting. You will be surprised how comfortable they are. I wish they had the best name on the label. I don't like big labels. This is the only downside. Price and color were the reasons I tried this pair. I grab the pair of shoes first. The wearing comfort is great!
