Cable clips. It would be easier with flat cables, and it's not ideal for shielded options (where you don't want to crush the foil wrap - increase the size). In the baseboard you need to work a little (but not difficult), with drywall it is easier. I wouldn't want to put all 50 pieces in the baseboard, but a few were easy. The nails don't snap so you can remove one if you don't need to press down on both sides. Pictured: holding a Category 6 cable in place. I'm only driving in the top nail because of the carpet. It also gives me some wiggle room if I need to run a cable. Ignore a dirty wall that needs painting. Recommended especially for the price.
