What did I pay for? This product is a failure.
The chair functioned perfectly for the first year. However, the multiblock failed in its second year of use. They attempted a DIY repair, but ultimately failed due to a lack of mechanistic understanding. They refused to provide technical support and instead offered to buy a new one from us when we asked for a multiblock schematic. Invest in such an expensive item, and in a year, you'll be reduced to three letters and thirty thousand dollars will crumble to dust. If you take this chair, know that you will have to spend more money in the future to have it fixed.
