It was a hassle to set up

I'm sure that in most cases an "user friendly" application is easy to use. But if the hardware isn't up to scratch, good luck with customer service. I spent 2 hours setting up this network with a very knowledgeable support rep. He was able to get the main router working, but the satellite router failed and never worked. For the price, time, and hassle, I recommend looking elsewhere.
