Love this marker. It doesn't break and sharpens beautifully with a manual build quality pencil sharpener (like the ones you can use for square carpenter's pencils). Leaves a nice clean line that is easily removed from Sunbrella with Tuff Stuff. So I have to use an old white pencil for good. I also found that a small amount of dust on the lines reduces the stickiness of the basting (double-sided) tape. However, I save so much time not having to constantly sharpen my broken pencil points and the line comes out so crisp and clean, which is a real plus!
