Very small earphone so sits on my ear instead of over my ear. The latest headphones covered my entire ear, much more comfortable. The hard plastic rests on the top of the head because they aren't soft enough and I couldn't get any sound out of them. The troubleshooter says it might be my TV that goes with my old worn out Sony headphones. , the transmitter should turn off automatically when the headphones are charging, and not after 5 minutes of no sound. What if you want to go to the bathroom or make a snack and interrupt the show? It's also inconvenient to install a charger, so keep that in mind. Imo this is not a good product and I sent it back. If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all so they look pretty
